Shining ones pass
Into the West
Shining songs linger
On the lips of Men
Like a light lessening
When sun has set

Auta Eldalië
Ciri Ciryar

Twilight fades
The shadow grows
Stars falter
Dimming to darkness
Sad hearts yearn
On forsaken shores

Tulë Mornië
Hostar lumbar

Harps are silent
In hands of men
Who have not heart
To sing the hope
The last song
That lingers on

Firi estel
Lantar lindar

When all that is marred
Shall be mended
All who are hurt
Shall be healed
All that was darkness
Shall find the dawn

Alcarnen Eruo
Talta mornië

Great job, as always! I love the art in your style. Very beautiful, even though I am not into the whole middle earth thing!

Your gonna have to excuse me here (it's early in the morning in England) when i read you had watched the return of the king i thought you wrote ELVIS poetry!
I thought oh! that's different! now i've read it i realize its not about the king, but a very unique and well written poem about elves.
I'm going back to bed!
yours insanely

Since I'm not into the whole LOTR thing, all I can say is that this poem is really pretty.
Love,

I love this!
Makes me wish I had written it.

I have been trying to get to learn Quenya lately. Haven't gotten anywhere yet, but this inspires me to get into it.
