Hand in hand love walks with me
This is my vision of what heaven should be
Landscape ignited by moon and starlight
A flawless painting with everything right

Two faces caressed by the calming breeze
Two souls connected, two hearts at ease
In this beautifully vast and lush green field
Memories, desires, and hopes are revealed

When we are together minutes become hours
Sitting, embracing, amidst wildflowers
Swirling around us as fireflies
Are the brightest of wishes in disguise

A bond even time cannot destroy
To feel it, to know it, to shed tears of joy
Alone for miles to walk this plain
Our Garden of Eden, minus the pain

And so we kiss on a grassy knoll
Heart to heart, soul to soul
Sunrise breaks, the evening flees

Hand in hand love walks with me
This is my vision of what heaven should be

I for once, am at a loss for words. Reading your poem was like seeing a dream. Flowing, sublime, calming, a beautiful write. I seem to repeat myself over and over with you but this is my new favorite! You are so gifted and blessed to be able to write like this. I want to get lost in your poem.
