[hometext] => I wrote this poem last year when me & my bestfriend were fighting over something really stupid & it ruined our whole friendship. Now she's just merely an acquaintance.
[bodytext] => What did I do to you That was so wrong you had to treat me this way? I supported you, called you, Hung out with you everyday. Maybe you just got tired of me And all the things I did for you. You must have thought I was around too much, So you decided you needed something new. It hurts me so much, Even thought you don't know. I guess life will go on, But now my feelings have to show. I've always been there for you, Since grade school and more. Even though you leave me out, That I'm for sure. You don't even treat me like a friend, Unless there's something you need. If everyone else is busy, You call me because you know with me you can succeed. When I say you haven't called in awhile, You say you had a crisis. But I know the real reason, He came between us. I like him, too And it was you on which I was relying. But you betrayed me, And our friendship is dying. So now you and I are drifting apart, As we both like the same guy. He likes you though, I don't know, maybe I was too shy. You didn't really support me, Even when I said I wanted to die. But you wouldn't show any emotion, Even if somebody made me cry. You don't care about my feelings, You just look away. But we keep on saying, We're going to live together someday. Even though you may not want to, I still do. I hope we are best friends again By the time high school is through.
