Array ( [sid] => 31541 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Mommys Love for You! [time] => 2004-01-13 00:40:55 [hometext] => I wrote this for my sons right now they are too young to understand but one day they will! [bodytext] => So many times I start to yell,
and I die each time I do,
just when I start to tell,
I here a laugh come from you,
I know you don't want to hear it,
but it something I need to say,
When I speak,you throw a fit,
You do it every day,
Mommys just trying to love you,
in the way I was taught how,
showing & telling you what to do,
but you dont want to listen now,
One day you will thank me,
For showing you what I know,
One day soon you will soon see,
that I want you to learn some how,
It's ok to be silly & smile,
and to be a little boy,
but please just listen a while,
Life is'nt always a joy,
I want to teach you right & wrong,
so you'll grow up good,
For you & your brother to get along,
like brothers really should,
When I try to tell you things,
Please don't think I'm trying to be mean,
you don't know what the future brings,
but mommy sure have seen,
This is why I yell at you,
so you will understand,
It's something I need to do,
to help you become a man!

Mommy loves you both!

Such a poem should be printed and framed, then given to your little man as a gift. All the bad things in this world could happen in one day, then our little people do one thing that makes us know it is all worth while. Such can only be a gift from a child to a parent. Great Poem

Cheers

WOW! This is so true for many parents. Being a single mom I can relate so much. Good Job!
