Filled with a beautiful disaster
You're confused beyond endless measure
And no one follows you thereafter

You drove a sword of hate into my neck
Left me down and immobilized
It's always on you, said the broken omen
And I'm always the one who dies

Inhibitions taking over you
And nothing it seems could ever escape
You questioned my skill for throwing it
Brought me down with fear and hate

This hateful understanding
And the beauty that lies within
I used to feel the warmth inside
Close my eyes as I sink into my skin

Crowded corners surround me
Everyone is running away
I wish I could disappear forever
Find myself in some other path and day

This world that collides within us
Save yourself as only you could
These darkening clouds around me
Know what to do, but not that I should

Echoes of the footsteps
The paths we all chose to set
You've walked into my shallows
Your choice was that of regret

I have abandoned all my values
Sunk into a deepening despair
No one understands me this time
And it's even worse because you are not there

Solemn and unchanging
I sit here by myself
I've turned inside out again
And I can turn to no one else

Always straining and breaking my back
Just to get a closer view
I'm breaking down all over again
And I'm waiting to crash into you

Basic at it's best today
I've searched until I've bled
My feet are tripped on razor blades
And this awful echo that repeats in my head

All I want is to be rid of you
Smile and fall into your eyes
But as I said so many other times
It's only me, the one who dies

Very dark and sad. Very good choice of wording and description. Hope you find some light.
