Once more, the gentle tapping of rain,
Bring you back, into my dream...
Like the ultimate butterfly,
Bearing a sweetest fantasy,
You seem so close, yet, so far...

Don't want to open my eyes,
Too afraid to realise,
What keeping me company,
is only a shadow,
A quivering shadow, of mine...
Quietly I listen to the rain's sighs,
As the tears run across my heart...

What can I do, baby,
To see that eternal flame, in your eyes!
Will it lit, by the touch of our lips?
Or burn with the love I felt,
Deep inside...
What should I do, angel,
To feel your heart beating with mine?
With every shining days,
Through hundred of lonely nights,
Together we shall dance,
Until the end of time... [comments] => 12 [counter] => 348 [topic] => 2 [informant] => whisper-of-night [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
