Array ( [sid] => 3096 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => A Teacher's Experience [time] => 2002-08-31 09:16:13 [hometext] => This is the very first poem that I wrote. When I was teaching my third grade students how to write poetry, I thought of writing a poem my self to encourage them. They really liked it, and I discovered my poetic talent. [bodytext] => I like you to meet my students in Grade Three,
They are as sweetest,
Smartest,
Naughtiest,
Noisiest,
Laziest,
And funniest as girls can ever be!

I am sure you want to know more about my students in Grade Three.
Some of them do very well in spelling Bee,
Many can’t even get a “B”,
Others write “d” in place of “b”,
And, of course, the blame is always laid on me.
I’m doing my best, but no body is pleased with me.

Never mind, most of my students in Grade Three
Care a lot about pleasing me.
And that’s enough for me.
But things can’t always be as good as should be,
Some of my students in Grade Three
Are experts in teasing me,
But don’t worry; it’s not that tough on me,
I can handle my students in Grade Three.

And lets not be so finicky;
It’s really fun to teach Grade Three,
Most of them like to write in copybooks,
Most of them like to read comic books;
Some lose their books,
And others just don’t know what on earth is a book!

I am sure you like my students in Grade Three,
They’re not really driving me crazy;
This is just their way of loving me.
But, hey…doesn’t any one want to take them from me?!
