To that place…
That place that lets me be free
Free to feel…
To release the pain
The pain that tortures
From the inside out
Oozing out my flesh
Tears are like razors
Sobs like a scythe
Stuck in my throat
The pain dissipates
As I step over the threshold
Into the place of sanctity
A place where I find my sanity
Momentary bliss
Engulfed by hell
This is my eulogy
My mark I leave on thee
Peace is for the dead
The living must endure agony
I felt this
That cold lonely night
I HATED
I LOVED
I wanted to FIGHT
Your cowardess avoidance
Tares away at my soul
Leaving me empty
Yearning to feel whole
If I faced you right now
It would be with contempt
I want to hate you
But I don’t….
Though I will continue to try
You are still an inspiration
My rhyme with no reason
Now the inspiration
Is fuelled by hurt
Painful ambition ~ drives me forward
My soul has found its misplaced pen
Empty pages being filled
As the wounds coagulate
As I cry
Scar tissue begins to form
My transformation is eminent
I came to bury my anguish
To retrieve the weapon
Impaled through the center of my soul
I came here to leave your memory
With the stone that bares your name
To etch your memory
On my concrete heart
So …
I may live in peace

I really don't understand this one. I liked it but can't quite figure it out. I'm sure if I knew more of how you wrote I might be able to but it evades me lol.
