Depression is so very much a part of me That life wouldn’t be life without it Often times my future I just can’t see Another piece to my puzzle that doesn’t fit Some days I just want to lie in bed If I stay there I won’t have to face the world All these suicidal thoughts run through my head And I think to myself what a foolish girl If I killed myself what would it fix? I would only cause more pain Throw someone else into this mix That I find myself in time and again That’s not exactly fair to them or me So I try to be strong and pull myself thru So many times I wished I could be free I don’t know anymore what to do My cries couldn’t be any louder if I tried Does anyone here them at all?
