Array ( [sid] => 30259 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => To Heather [time] => 2003-12-27 21:18:19 [hometext] => My friend Heather died on Thanksgiving and I never realized how much she meant to me until then. I miss her more than anyone could know and wish she were here to share in our happiness. [bodytext] => The people who matter the most
Are always taken too soon
They fly way up to heaven
Like the strings on a balloon

They never come back
From their places in the sky
They look down upon us
From the clouds way up high

You're up there too
Watching us down here
You were taken too soon
And we've all cried our tears

Everyone took it pretty hard
Your death was pretty sudden
It came as such a surprise
And all our hearts were broken

You lived your life
You loved your friends
And no one had a clue
Your life would soon end

No one knew why it happened
No one got to say goodbye
Everyone felt so bad
All we could do was cry

We'll all miss you
And I'll never forget
The way I felt
The first day we met

I let my feelings out
And wrote this for you, Heather
So I hope you always remember
The great times we had together [comments] => 3 [counter] => 145 [topic] => 52 [informant] => krazed_AnGeL101 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => goodbyepoetry )
