[hometext] => War With Afghanistan.
[bodytext] => The red sun’s in the horizon,
Quite early in the morn, A brilliant shade of crimson, Another day of war. Reluctantly they rise, Like creatures from their holes. Another day to slaughter, Or be so themselves. Death’s at every corner, Like men in uniform, Seeking out the victims, The victims of this war. Day is night and night is day, Everyday is just the same, Inside those caves beneath he ground, Where the innocent people stay. Lives are lost, And nothing’s gained, But prosthesis limbs, And widows named. A scarlet sun sets, Beneath lavender clouds, Vanishing beneath the earth, Like the lives that lost their worth. The pressure has built up, In people all around, And now is its explosion, An outlet it has found. Everything is different now, And cannot stay the same, Though people will hold onto life, Though people will fight change.
