what new trickery is this?

(addded new anti virus and firewall software after the blue screen of death appeared and had to reformat my hard drive.
Now I find myself locked out of my own programs.)

the enemy is everywhere
barricade the entrance ~ shut

Oh my Mer....this is no Joke...I have every safeguard available...do a complete confrig every 2 weeks...if this ever happened to me I think I might go insane....for my cyber world is no longer vanity....but my sanity!
I'm so sorry...Mer...must be so frustrating and unfair! Wish I lived closer , I'd be over there...not sure what I could do...but hugs are great in times of stress.....and I could always cry with you too!
