I think this is fabulous... kissing the silver of your eye is the best part of it.... reminds me of "For Emily...." by simon and garfunkel (been listening to that while typing....lol) ..."felt you warm and near, I kissed your honey hair with my grateful tears".... I don't know, abscure simon and garfunkel quotes..... hmmmm...

Anyways =)
This is such a great write. despite what you may think, I think it's insane. Hope the contest goes well.

God bless,
Ellen

Dear Suz,
Such an exquisite way of putting it. And I like Jaymee hope this is not Poetry.com they are just a bunch of crooks who take advantage of young poets. Get your hopes all up and then drop you like a hot potatoe when you won't send them the money to be published in their book! I even went to my States Attorney over them...nothing can be done....I hope you win lots of money and recognition...maybe this is not what I think.
Lovely poem

I think its a great write. Remember; you are your own worst critic. Simply because only you know how it should go. Thats what I thought about one of mine, and it was the one that got me into a publishing house.
