The title isn't the right language, it's Italian for 'For Eternity' [bodytext] => Vielen hatte ich geschrieben
Daß du könnst ohne Fesseln leben;

Im Ewigkeit! [comments] => 4 [counter] => 306 [topic] => 19 [informant] => Menelaus [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => german [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => InspirationalPoems )

This is a beautiful write Menelaus
Hope you don't mind my translating it
I think it deserves more recognition....

I have written many with a brain of a smart genius and a trick pencil: I need this alone. And I would write until the flashes strike me. I live, seek not only laurel crown of the master for the sweetest sealing
of the world but rather
also for the immortal fire,
that illuminates us with bliss.
For freedom every day
I live, and I die for poetic beauty, the Messenger I am not
I can live extinguished
It was won
I know who pleased of you
without tying up; the star that for
your fate is you.

The rain soaks it will write, it will climb me with darkness and black tears, that I write, and I in a march of the words die for ten cable envoy miles of the freedom, and then; like the Arabian fire bird, the Phoenix
therewith incredible in stories, to the endless skies I, like that bird of its ashes. I will live once again with my works to fly in the form of sensual spirits, to pursue the twilights, over the horizon, with fiery flights in the eternity!

WOW... That was amazing. I really liked that. Thank you so much Daniela. I am sure it would have been even better if I knew the language. Wonderous write.
