I feel so alone
I am so afraid
I feel so alone

Walking through, walking on through
The garden of solace
My one way trip, my non-stop hell
Where time does not pass

I see the pyre of thousands dead
The hills they are stained blood red
The sky is covered in thick black smoke
The world engulfed in a death cloak

As I walk on there's horrors I see
Still there's no one else but me
All plants dead and withered at my feet
I'm choking in unbearable heat

Walking through, walking on through
The garden of solace
Fountains of blood, water of disease
Where time does not pass

As I walk on and around I glance
My fright now turns to acceptance
I have no responsibility
No worries, i'm just carefree

I'm just carefree

No calls to heed, no men to lead
Alone I feed now on my greed
I have no needs, no one can plead
In my world I now implant my seed

A tzar, a king and many things
About me in hymns they will sing
I'm fall, i'm spring, i'm everything

I'm everything

Walking through, walking on through
The garden of solace
My canvas for art, my pantheon
Where time does not pass

How carefree for you VS. I felt that way too...until I began to see what was all around me, and then decided that pretty soon, I'd end up the same way! I loved the way you mixed drama, saddness, and joy all in one moment. 'twas true life...for that happens to us all the time.
Really like this one VS...better send it along too!

You write so many good/great poems of a similar nature. This one is good- but different in style somehow. I can't quite place it, but this line is intriguing . . .

"I'm fall, i'm spring, i'm everything

I'm everything"

The end is deep aswell. Yet another highly enjoyable read.
