Body+Soul=Man.
u -are not body
u-are soul
concentrate on your soul-
you will get peace
If you concentrate on your body-
you need several pleasures etc,
If you think of them-
you will be attached to them.
If you are attached to them-
you will be addicted to them
If you are addicted to them-
you will become angry.
If you become angry-
Your mind will be confused.
If your mind is confused-
You will develop forgetfullness.
If you develop forgetfullness-
You will loose discrimination.
If you loose discrimination-
You will loose everything.
You will be ruined ultimately.
SO,dont concetrate on your body.
It is uncertain and source of troubles and sorrows.
you concetrate only on your soul-
Which is eternal and source of peace and bliss.
so ,you choose right path.

BODY & SOUL

Body+Soul=Man.
u -are not body
u-are soul
concentrate on your soul-
you will get peace
If you concentrate on your body-
you need several pleasures etc,

you will be attached to them.
If you are attached to them-
you will be addicted to them
If you are addicted to them-
you will become angry.

This is the essence of a wonderful sloka from Bhagavadgita..weldone my friend..we have neither attachments nor sorrows..

I liked it though I disagreed to a point. I feel it is best to go at both at the same time. Example of a way to do that would be Tai Chi. I loved the write though and agree it does have a unique dominoe affect.
