[bodytext] => Every morning when I wake I wonder if I’m in a dream How much time will it take Or are things really as they seem? It’s been long since I‘ve woken this way My dream lingers, as does my smile My true feelings it does betray For it has lingered awhile I think I’m still in shock Or maybe I’m still asleep In a safe place, these memories I’ll lock And with them the feelings will keep I feel I can take a deep breath And I’d never realized My heart had been so close to death Now, I’m once again alive!
