When I cut myself
I feel pain
but not pain of hurt
pain of glory

why I do it
I just do
I get so mad
at myself & the world

to this

...If you're your going to rant about poems you dont like, atleast sign in or register here. Have some guts for crying out loud.

Anyways... Pay no mind to the Ignorant, I for one enjoyed this poem. I used to be this way so I can understand your pain to a certain extent. I've written many poems like this. *Hope that satisfied 'anonymous' over there* It feels better to me once I've gotten some of it off my mind..instead of actually picking up the blade.

I think it is great that you can express your feelings through poetry. your poems are all good. they have such deep feeling.

sad that life has to take us on these kinds of side trips. I understand and emplathize with hurt and pain but not really self inflicted. When I get really low I dig really deep for the reason why I want to be here. I envision myself like that little toy that when it bumps into something it turns in a new direction. If what I am doing at the time becomes a problem, then I just take a different path.
