Off of your face.
Draw yourself closer to
Death's icy embrace.

Come to the edge
Of that precarious cliff.
Plunge into the depths
Of the river Styx.

Everyone will miss you
Once morning's dawned;
Though they'll never admit it
Until you're gone.

So go ahead,
Whisk away your mortality;
No one's stopping you
And you have no morality.

Your life is worth nothing,
And you've nothing to lose,
Hurry up, now,
Go on and choose!

Do you choose the windy
Harsh reality of Life?
Or do you accept the peaceful way
To end all your strife?

You've waited for this moment,
Don't miss the opportunity now,
You'll have time to think
When it's all over somehow.

Why are you turning back?
You're going the wrong way!
Of course you won't spent eternity
In rot and decay.

You cannot get rid of me;
Perhaps you can ignore me.
But mark my words,
I'll be back: You'll see. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 163 [topic] => 25 [informant] => Eve [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => MiscPoems )

Hello. Good poem. I love the schemes you put into all your work and I am sure I will be commenting on more of it.

Also, keep at it. There isn't much poetry that I enjoy reading, but I love reading yours. Getting the same feeling out of reading as I do out of writing is a good thing.

Reminds me of the echoing of suicide in the mind

Why? Why are you so talented? Yet another great poem.
