the parting of my seas is pretend
and now i'm on my knees again
and i pray and i hope and i fail
i'll begin again when all is well
i try your truth on for size
another line lies behind your eyes
breathing deeply, breathing blind
there is another desperate sign
here i lie, here you lay
there we wake alone again today
truth be told i still get lost
willing to take the chance but not to pay the cost
finding out what drives you on
was it a spell i cast before i was gone
magic secrets of a daydream world i know
there's a garden there for you to go

I liked this poem.
Quote - "willing to take the chance but not to pay the cost" ...interesting!
Got me thinking too...
Thanks for sharing.
Emma.
