[hometext] => Wow i felt better after writing this down! All my anger and sadness running through my fingers, flooding out into this poem. This is my first non rhyming poem. Plz leave feedback.
[bodytext] => How? How could you do this to me? Replace me with another so soon, After we’ve been through so much, You just threw it all away, so easily Do you think you can play me for a fool? As if I didn’t know you were together So fast you turned to another, Is she so better than me? You find her more attractive; I’m only smart, You met with her secretly, but I knew of it, She’s the new person to say, “I miss you” to I’m the person you now ignore, Our conversations are short, You have better things to do, True, I have others liking me, Caring for me more than you did, But I can’t be with them, For you stole my heart, I want it back! I can never be with you again, You’ve changed into this evil entity That has a hold over my soul, Get out of my life, my mind, my dreams! You replaced me so quickly How could you do it? You knew how it hurt me, Do you not care? After caring so long? Everything we did, meant nothing? Or do you just try to forget? You adore her, like you once adored me You treated her how you first treated me, You tell me she’s found another Am I to believe this after the other lies? And after seeing you two together You make it secret, but secretly flaunt it, How can you be this cruel? I did nothing to you I didn’t think you’d ever get sick of me, I didn’t think you’d move on straight after, Just one kiss you had with her, When you were still with me, Brought you two together, Did you not once think about me? The week before, we were together, The week after, you were with her, Without thinking about the consequences, That would affect my heart and feelings, There is another that cares for me, More than you ever did, But why can I not feel for him? The way you can so quickly feel for her, Because I still love you, And also hate you, Two strong feelings, intertwined, Now I feel nothing, but emptiness, You took it all, every last bit, Now I cannot share it with another, How are you able to do this? You once told me you loved me, Now you tell me that was a lie So much lies, so much deceit, I did nothing to deserve this, Are you just pure evil?
