if only i could post all the derision and scorn that this self righteous blithering inspired in me, but i neither have the time nor the motivation. Your attitude is nothing new, just like the pharisees of Jesus day, the words of hypocrites echo through history, like the hissing of vipers.
Was it your jesus that bestowed his arrogance upon you as well. Perhaps i missed the part where he said ' wear your faith like a badge so that the infidels may see how much better you are.' Perhaps he said this in the same breath that he said "love your neighbor as yourself.' Its people like you with all your pharasaical ranting that take away almost all the credibility from christianity. Next time you feel the need to share your beliefs with everyone, please don't blacken Christ's name with your egocentric religiosity. |

You know, I have to hand it to you. No matter how many Anti-Christ people are on this site, you still proclaim God's name. I say amen. They say shut up. But don't listen to them. Because you are right. Don't ever ever forget that. Jesus is coming again and he will set everything straight.
Others can scorn and hate,
but let us love and wait.

I can't believe that i was called an antichrist, i find myself somewhat distraught that you can even entertain the idea of calling youselves christians. What with all of your i told you so ranting and parading about. I'm just curious as to where exactly it was that the example of christ leads you to be so self righteous that you can so pridefully (one of the seven deadly sins, remember) proclaim that you are one of these privleged ones who get to go to your heaven and gloat from on high at all those who are burning in hell. Perhaps you need to consider the possibility that someone may read this poem and be completely turned off from the truth.... forever. Will you be able to stand before your gOD and know that you are responsible for even one person burning in hell because of your pride. You say that you have no time for those who tempt you but remember that christ made time for everyone, and if you don't think that christ was never tempted (running around with prostitutes and all) then i'm sure that you have a very different thing coming.
Finally my last issue, the line mock me now... you sound so happy to live in your insulated little world knowing that there are all these people destined to suffer for eternity. |

| oh my goodness..........where shall i begin.....hmmmmmmmmm pride goeth before a fall?????? where have i heard that before.........such a ranting piece........you have shown persecuting anger at christianity's best...........good write.......you just made the "other side's" point!!!!! and simply put......you incited someone else's anger........causing me to have every desire in the world to read that person's work .......and regard yours as suspect........... i look forward to the inner struggle within myself .....to believe or not to believe.........that may just be the question......... |

This is quite a poem, this is quite a write.
There's just one scripture that comes to lite!
No one can read your heart, but our loving God above,
That's why he has stated he is the Judge...only he will know!
Believer or Unbeliever...which is right? There's only one that knows and walks in the light. Christ Jesus came to show us how to love...how to be like his loving Father above.
Where's the love he taught us to show?
Where's the love he gave to help us go?
I don't see any love here at all...do you?
'tis like Paul said, no one goes....unless he knows LOVE!
And LOVE means kindness, goodness, and yes loving even your enemies? Does that show here? Would you be willing to give your life for each other?
Sorry, I don't see any Christianity here..for inorder to be a Christian...you must walk very
closely in his footsteps....that means you must be just as near like him as is possible in our imperfection. He was the most loving man...just a man....that every walked this earth!
