[hometext] => This poem is about a story my dad told me when he was a cop.
[bodytext] => He was called upon a scene, at his father and mother-in-laws house. He rushed over as fast as he could in a panic. He walked in the house, to find his father-in-laws blood all over the wall and sheets, from the gun shot to his head. He told the sheriff that he needed to leave. And then drove around for awhile, for he didn't know how to tell his wife. He drove home, pulled into the driveway, and walked in the house, when she saw him she got all excited, he was home early. He said honey I have so bad news, your father is dead. Then she hit the floor, for she didn't know what to do, she was in shock. So he just held her, and comforted her, until she was able to understand.
