What does it mean?
It means you to me
You're my everything,
You are the one I saw in my dreams
It's you that's stolen my heart from me,
It's you that brightens my days and nights
It's you that holds me & kisses me goodnight,
It's the truth and love
That you give to me,
It's in your eyes
When you're telling me,
All of your hopes and all of your dreams
It's you that gives me security,
It's you that's so gentle
It's you that's so sweet,
It's you that has left your whole world for me
It's you that has given me,
A sense to feel free
Unlocking my heart,
That was so torn,
You released me
From all of the pain,
I had ever known
You were my angel,
Sent from the heavens above
God created you,
For me to love
I guess God chose you,
Out of all the rest
Because he knew,
That i'd love you the best
So what does love mean to me,
It means you because
You're my destiny,
I'll love you till my dying day
And when you're gone it's you,
That I crave
To kiss your lips,
To hold you close
But when you return,
You always let me know
That love means us,
And all the above
Always and forever,
We will never part
So as long as we live,
Together as one
We will cherish each moment,

Love
What does it mean?
It means you to me

This poem is really sweet. I glad that you have a man that you can tell you love him.
