Let’s count them.
One.. two.. three.. four

Behind the masks we know the faces
We smile and pretend and go through our paces
But then we get a sudden shock
In awe we stand in all this schlock

Instead of “Trick or Treat?” we hear
It’s “Trick or Threat?!” that greets our ear
We’re used to all these frightening faces
But this year something odd our doorstep graces

The blood drips real under black hoods tall
We’re not sure of this game at all!
The squinting eyes behind the masks
are grim and hard or sly as fox

At left stands Dracula, piggy eyes peeping out
Our mind shouts “Rumsfeld!” without a doubt
At the back is Cheney in Uncle Fester gown
His nasty voice stopped by a light bulb round
At the right (where else?) is weirwolfowitz
Mask hiding fangs and face of zits
And right at the front half-skull half-clown
Petulant with monkey-face frown...

It’s none other than El Supremo
But this only in his sad old dreamo
In reality he’s just a full-grown punk
In thinking terms can’t help but flunk

But standing there he acts real tough
Thinking a hellish mask will be enough
To make us all quake in our boots
“Trick or Threat! Or I’ll SHOOT!”

The dirty tricks we know from past
Are catching up with him at last
The threats he makes increasingly lame
For a skull-faced clown, he’s pretty tame

So there they stand this hideous team
All blood and gore and breathing steam
We give them a gift right from the heart
With a ghoulish laugh we turn and fart

Now see them tear their costumes off
Writhe and run and retch and cough
A little band of hawks and ghouls
Just peurile liars and ghoulish fools
