Array ( [sid] => 25851 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => I always let you down [time] => 2003-10-27 07:35:38 [hometext] => This poem is about my current best friend Ashleigh, to me she is absooutely everything, but there was this one day when I just couldn't cope and I lashed out at her. [bodytext] => I always let you down,
I’m always sad,
I make you worry,
And make you mad

I’m sorry for this afternoon,
When I was unhappy,
Things just weren’t going well,
I was not a happy chappy

I don’t know what was wrong,
Nor the reason I was feeling,
That hurt and bitterness,
I guess I was grieving

Things just haven’t been the same,
Since you came into my life,
You saved me from death,
And I owe you my life

Please forgive me,
I’m sorry for walking away,
And rejecting your kindness,
Today was just not my day

The pain that I feel,
You know to well,
But together we can beat it,
And come out of our shell

Together we are strong,
And soon we’ll overcome,
This trouble we are having,
And make ourselves belong

I know how you're feeling, because I have the same problem. Just remember that you should never give up on what you believe to be a true friendship. If it was, it is, and it will always be... Wishing you the best of Luck!

... This hit home. I saved my friend from death and she was there... when I completely broken down. And without each other... where would we be? Just let your friend know that you need her and still care... she'll understand.

Nice, but remember if she is your true friend, she will understand you emotions can't always be supportive of her, she needs to support you too!
