Poor little hearts
trust too soon
always break too late

My feathery eyes and twisted heart
close up tight
don't wanna let you in
but I will

Feathery eyes and twisted hearts
broken little girls
look up at their men
look up at their admirers
Broken twisted hearts
filled with pain and filled with anguish
but ready to love
so open, so trusting
Always hurt, always crushed

Feathery eyes and twisted hearts
must find a new love
must make a new start
poor little eyes
always see the wrong guys
Poor little hearts
trust too soon
always break too late

My feathery eyes and twisted heart

Heh very good I found it slightly amusing somehow. I always seem to fall for the wrong girls. Ah well what can ya do. Keep on writing.
