This time I am on my last thread.
I still have no one to whom to turn,
As I sit here knowing this time I will succeed, and be dead.

Last time I did not succeed because I was scared.
I was still in so much pain but the time was not right.
This time I will succeed, I am ready, I am prepared.
This soul, this body, this time it is ready to lose this fight.

This mind is damaged, it does not understand,
Why people want to live longer than they should.
Life for me will always taste bland,
And the way I feel about it now, I wouldn't change the taste of it even if I could.

This letter is for anyone who wants to know.
As I lose grip on my life I bleed,
And I am slowly being escourted to death row.
These last few words I will let you read.

Signed the no one you once knew,
From the times once passed by,
Walking down my dark, lonely life's avenue,

To whom it may concern,
This time I am on my last thread.
I still have no one to whom to turn,
As I sit here knowing this time I will succeed, and be dead.

Ohh Emma, this is very sad, so emotional and filled with so much turmoil. I haven't read any of your poems for a while, well I haven't been on for a while so that's probably why, but this poem is amazing.

n thers's silence midst din,
that we choose death to life,
n contemplate suicide......
