Selflessly gently saying goodbye
Falsely but bravely winking your eye

Loved them so much, you thought you would die
Pick yourself up? You can’t even try
Lost your whole world, and still don’t know why
You say your ok! But know it’s a lie

Blindly restlessly finding your way
Hiding your heart till the sky is less grey
Selfishly struggle and damn what they say
Slowly unwrapping a sunnier day
