Array ( [sid] => 25519 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Death of the Insane [time] => 2003-10-21 23:24:41 [hometext] => This poem probably won't make sense to anyone, it doesn't really even make much sense to me, it just kinda came out, but leave comments newayz!! thanks!! [bodytext] => I saw a boy today on the stairs
I closed my eyes but still saw him there.
My parents don’t see him, they say I’m insane
I don’t care, just make him go away

I met a new friend today
People say I’m crazy this way
People must be liars, I just don’t see
How the only one who knows her is me.

Please help me, I think I’m slipping away
From all that I know, I think I’m going insane
Reality is slipping, distinctions getting harder to make
I wish I wish they’d go away.

I met someone else a while ago
But he wasn’t like the others I know
He laughed at me, called me dumb
He said I lost and he has won.

He seemed darker than most my friends
Something about him scared me then.
His eyes flashed and then I was gone
I don’t know where I went or for how long

But when my awareness finally returned
I don’t think I was still on earth
I saw on my wrist, two neat blood wells
And with all my tormenting friends
Looked onto hell. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 199 [topic] => 59 [informant] => blackfire9786 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => psychoticpoems )
