Just as it was two years ago
When our whole world crumbled before our eyes
With that one earth shattering piece of news
For you have died
Memories and friendships have started to fail
Like they were being slowly torn away
Those who were once like family
Slowly drifted apart
For you kept us together
You were our heart
Without our heart we slowly fell apart
One by one we disappeared
Not looking back and not wanting to remember
That very cold day in September
All standing around watching
As our heart was slowly lowered into the cold ground
A silent memory that is so clear even to this day
A haunting dream of when our family fell apart
On that long cold September day

I've never actually felt the pain of the death of someone so close. But I do know that we'll see everyone again when we meet up with them in Heaven...... Never will another "September day" roll around, b/c death will be dead. Just remember- your loved on is waiting for you there...........

Thank you, Soboshi, for sharing this experience and emotions with us. Though I'v lost loved ones, I thing that the "event" that was so tragic makes it harder to heal and go on with life. I hope soon that you will be able to laugh about your good memories....and I hope you will be able to enjoy September again someday. Love, Bizzy
