stumbles and falls
careening, careless
to my feet
one more hopeless
love pursued
one more rejection
so incomplete

one more tear
this world has brought me
one more fight
i cannot win
one more drop
into the ocean
of liquid woe
that i'm drowning in

one more night
i lie, sleepless
praying for the courage
to stop this pain
one more night
i feel so worthless
still too scared
to cut the vein

one more weakness
found within me
once more i fail
an easy test
one more tear
so insignificant
falls to pool

Hi cancer,
I'm always concerned when I read something like this as I've battled these thoughts a lifetime but anyone that can write as good as u can has mucho reason to get up after the tears and write.
It's amazing that before i read this I was just thinking how being a writer cleans my soul and helps others along the way. See this is my purpose here to reach down into the stuff others run from and turn it into something good.
With your writting u will find out that we all have our tears. How else can we relate 2 write.
I use 2 think, don't I ever get a break? But now I have the breaks and I cherish God loaning me this talent to use so. I cherish it and it gives me all the reasons I need to keep on keeping on.
Hang in there and keep turning those tears into masterpeices as U have much talent!
peace, joy, luv,
emy
