[bodytext] => Some things in Our Past, shouldn't remain that way......... It would be nice if we could bring some of them back today. Back then in days of Old, things had more of a personal touch, Just what things do you say? Take that frown turn it upside down into a great big smile, In hopes that it will be passed on for miles and miles. "Please and Thank You" are words that will take you a long, long way. In order to get "Respect"......one must give it, That's the way I was taught........... Another thing is that a True Friendship cannot be bought. Material things come and go, but a true friend is always there. To be by your side in good and bad times.........to show that you truly care. Being willing is more important than being able...... Remember these things, when all the cards are laid on the table. It's something that we can instill in the future generations here and to come, And pray with all our Spiritual might that they continue to pass it on. Hopefully by now you see that some Old Things are Good, Things that we should struggle to hold on too. Remember that next time you're walking out and about.............. Or in your Neighborhood. Respect comes in all Sizes, Genders, Race, Religions and Creeds., Not just Mankind, but the Animals, the Environment are due Respect, in a World so full of greed. Going back to some of the Old Time Ways.............maybe is what we need? Something to Really Think About! ~Gloria E.
