But she doesn't seem much to mind
There's something in her smile that whispers
She's got nothing but time.

She tenderly keeps her bar at night
Keeping each bottle clean and in its place on the shelf
And every now and then, you can catch her mumble
"I miss you so much" to herself.

No one's sure what her story is
She doesn't look like one with much to hide
But there's something about the way's she's closed
That makes you wonder what you'd see if she opened wide.

I guess we all have our secrets
Our failures, sorrows, and unfinished dreams
But there's a war going on inside Mary
That turns her silence into haunting screams.

WOW! In English class we're studying emotional isolation. D'ya mind if I read it during class? Of course you'll get full credit, I'd never try to pass it off as mine, but I just think it captures the essences of isolation so perfectly. Send me a message, or something, b/c I'd love to share this. It was absolutely stunning!

Mail me soon!
Love Joy and Peace,
