little girls are special gifts
sent from up above
for you to watch and hug and kiss
but especially to love
watch her grow from day to day
and cherish every minute
and thank the good lord up above
that she is now in it
cherish every laugh and smile
even each cry and moan
before your ready you'll look again
and your little girl will be grown
so take each day you have with her
as if it were your last
because little girls like flowers
seem to blossom way to fast
