A year ago It all slipped away So much has happened So much has changed Still Some different Some same. 366 days ago I was a whole person I had my best friend Though so many miles apart. Don’t Know how Know when A year ago You became an angel Left it all behind In search of a better place. No more Sadness Pain One Year, I have a new niece now I’ve seen more of the world I’ve been through so much. You’re In heaven Smiling Down Last year, At this time I had no clue That all this was to happen But I’d do it all again ten thousand times Just to See you Talk to you Just one year, Seems like an entire lifetime An eternity without you But a minute with you Would be Heaven.
