Array ( [sid] => 2357 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Friendship [time] => 2002-08-16 19:37:31 [hometext] => This poem was written in honor of Heather Lovett, one of the most empathetic and caring people I have ever known.
And for all the warm hearts and beautiful
minds here on YPDC. Thank you. [bodytext] => Friendship is an ethereal bonding
of personalities
A blending of emotions
of feelings; lives

A tangling of the threads
of two destinies
Woven into parallel paths

Friendship is a partnership
of equals
Of two individuals who chose
to walk beside each other
Through the fair
and stormy weather

Friendship is selfless
Seeks only the companionship
of a like mind
The empathy of a warm
and kind heart
And the love which can only stem
from a wonderful friend

This is truly beautiful Daniel...she sounds very special. I've found such friendships to be few and far between ...but .I agree there are some very warm hearts hear in YPDC. Hang on to her :)

I've been too lazy to leave a comment. :) Thank you, Daniel, and I feel the same way about our friendship. :)
