The world is a beautiful place To live If You don’t mind sending your child to a under funded, over crowed school Where gangs and drug dealers run the school. And a mass shooter may enter at any time and kill your precious angel The world is a beautiful place to live If You don’t mind the soaring fuel prices The threat against peace and safety The wide spread propaganda The world is a beautiful place if you Don’t mind The wars, anger, murder, and violence In the media Which overshadows the man the plucked a 5-year-old girl And her teddy from the burning fire Or the teens that choose NOT to speed down the hill. And through this all God just stares down and laughs at us.
