Ever fresh as rain bearing clusters of the blue clouds
Thou, the wielder of sacred word as a blazing sword
wearing Alphabet as a garland of skulls in thy neck
appear with beautiful hands to bestow boons to world
Thou hast the most beautiful ever compassionate eyes
Wide and elongated like the petals of lustrous lotuses
Thou art always intent upon saving beings of universe
From dangers, sufferings, miseries of worldly existence
Thou art the divine mother and the essence of universe
Thou hast adorned the disk of sun as a vermillion mark
On thy fore head and embellished thy disheveled hair
With myriads of stars and galaxies as wreathed flowers
An eternal digit of moon is thy beautiful crest ornament.
Thou art capable of creating tremendous cosmic fires
at the time of final dissolution to destroy all universes
and also capable of creating them with beautiful smiles.
O mother, thou art the supreme power of consciousness
For perseverance of the existence of the whole universe
Thou art the great empress, benevolent ruler of worlds
Thy glory is wonderful and beyond all imaginations
The milk of thy compassion thou bestow from thy breasts
is the endless flow of the absolute blissful consciousness
The great nectar fall with floods of splendorous lights
O Mother, give thy son the milk of blissful consciousness
Let him shine like the Sun with splendorous light of heavens

Dear Venkat,
This may be a revised version, but no matter it is beautifully written and composed carefully. The words are splendid, indeed. I'm still not familiar with your many Gods Venkat, but this one has to be the most endearing of them all!
What a restful read!
I enjoyed it!

The most beautiful moment in a mother's life is to feed her child ... nothing surpasses the perfect love that exists at that moment ... your words instil that joy and love and remind how precious those memories are ... Jan

excellent post. its nice to know that there are still authors that still like thier pieces to always be the best possible, i just wish some of mine could be made better, because it seems like revisions only make them worse. this was nicely done. i liked the strong use of language especially.
