Array ( [sid] => 23352 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Never be good enough [time] => 2003-09-17 07:35:00 [hometext] => This poem was a different approach for me but I think it turned out pretty well. Basically I just listened to all the nasty things said in one day and that made me realize. I've been the one who has been tormented and I made a vow to myself that I would never make someone feel how I felt.
Sometimes, you will never be good enough. [bodytext] => I hate you.
What are you wearing?
Look at his shoes.
How much do you think she weighs?
His hair is too long.
Her hair is too short.
His pants are too tight.
That shirt it not from A&F.
Are those Nikes?
She's never had a boyfriend.
He listens to the wrong music.
Her parents are divorced.
He's adopted.
She lives in the trailor park.
He doesn't have a new car.
Her butt is too big.
He is too thin.
She doesn't look like Britney.
He doesn't play ball like Jordan.
She sleeps around with every guy in the school.
He is involved with drugs and alcohol.
She spends all her time trying to be beautiful
and continues to fail.
He'll just never be good enough.

Is this all that humans notice... would it hurt to find the good? LOVE IT!!!! I know exactly what you mean. There's just not enough people looking for the good anymore. Instead, everybody's a dillhole. Great poem, thank you for writing it.
