[bodytext] => Sitting in the chair and about to leave when in come the him "The One" that took my breath away,"The One" that made me forget I was even leaving and caused me to stay My eyes were stuck and wouldn't let anything else in my sight, I mean "The One" made my heart grow wings and begin to take flight He walked to back in the shadows of the place, But it didn't matter to me that I could no longer see his face And thats funny cause I still felt his presence, Cause even though the exterior was rough he has such a beautiful essence But then came time for "The One" to speak, And oh my goodness when that happend I let down my guard and fell weak He has the singin voice of an angel that made me catch the Holy Ghost, But out of all the guys in the place he's "The One" that I felt the most I know I was crazy cause before he walked through the door I felt as if someone close to me was near, But it all became clear that he's "The One" when his heavenly voice filled my ear With the deepness of his lyrics I fell in love with his inner spirit, I've always feared love but for the first time I didn't fear it Our souls just intertwined with one another, But believe it or not I don't want "The One" as my lover He brought my joy back with just the sound of his voice, Not to mention out of all the men in the world if he had nothing he'd still be my choice But I really don't want him I just wanna hear his voice or just see his face, I'm so happy thst my cousin Christie invited me to the place I met "The One" and will be happy forever, Even though he and I will never be together But if only I could get his number to hear him sing, It wouldn't matter if he sung a word or just one little thing I"m so blessed that I met "The One" and won't have to spead thr rest of my life wishin, Cause unlike many others I'll know that he's the one thing in my that's missin [comments] => 1 [counter] => 154 [topic] => 2 [informant] => Pariah [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 2 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
