Teethe welded at a clench… so much hate.
So much fire in my burning heart,
That you just had to create.

Never did I once imagine,
That you could drown out the love in me.
The adoration I once had for you,
Is wiped out completely from my memory.

The “Dad” that I once have come to know,
Has become a stranger to my heart.
You’re the one that had the jealousy, remember?
You’re the one that made us break apart!

You said you’d always stand by my side,
Whenever I needed your call.
But you ***** KNEW,
That I wasn’t alright at all!

And yet you stood there,
With your head held proudly high.
And you IGNORED my need of help,
When my bleeding heart did cry.

You wanted to see me crawl and beg,
Coming to you on my knees and with a bow.
But how does it make you feel to know,
That I’m doing alright without you now!?

Without the help of you!
I’m making my own way.
And without the help of you!
I’m getting along day by day.

YOU’RE the one that told me,
I couldn’t rely on you anymore.
YOU’RE the one that refused me,
As my tears shattered upon the floor.

I loved you so ***** much,
And appreciated everything you did.
I cried every night from your anger,
‘Cause I don’t even know what I did.

And so here I am,
Seeming to be a world apart.
And there you stand,
Outside my mending heart…

I wished for your eyes to wander over,
I wished for your lips to speak to me.
I wished that you would just forgive,
But instead, you became my enemy...

So much rage in this burning heart,
That the love can no longer compensate.
…So much ***** anger…
…And so much ***** hate…

Well, Gracie, this was a great write, as usual. It's unfortunate that things between you two has gotten this bad. *sighs* But, I'm glad that you are your own person, and that you're able to get along without his help. I hope that if nothing more, he can at least respect that.

I'll tell you why I loved your poem
It tells me how to act at home,
Do opposite of your bestial dad
Will make my kids respond less bad...
