Array ( [sid] => 23151 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => The fable [time] => 2003-09-13 04:05:00 [hometext] => [bodytext] => his life is chasing happiness through minotaur-like mazes,
relationships can sting, meduzas with stone turning gazes,
but judging by his heart and strength, he shouldn't bite the dust,
he'll make it out, no matter how, this story's hero please do trust.

he walked onto a field, and met a bunch of lucious maidens,
after a minute of confusion, he realized he's reached the heavens,
ravish debauchery took a large toll upon your hero's soul,
exhausted, and mentally unsatisfied, he crawled out of that hole.

he kept on walking and he saw a castle with a big tall tower,
there was a dame in distress, screaming to her lungs top power,
he thought he heard her scream, but maybe it was an illusion,
locked up by his own heart, the lovely madam far in a seclusion.

remembering the prior sins, this seemed like a perfect opportunity,
but out leaps a dragon with sharp teeth, oh where will he find immunity?
your hero didn't hesitate and jumped up on the dragon's back,
take me up to that tower window, and maybe you'll get cut some slack.

obiding by your hero's command, the dragon flew him to the dame,
your hero kneeled, and asked "oh pretty madam do you have a name?",
her beauty blinded your hero and he fell into a funny spell,
the dragon was complaining, he was getting tired of this sentimental hell.

the young lady has replied that her name was Circe, pleased to meet,
your hero quickly grabbed the maiden by the waist, oh what a greet!
come here often, asked the hero grinning, as the dragon flew them down,
Circe just laughed, he noticed vials with some liquids playing in her gown.

what now the hero asked his lady, who he saved just now from the tower,
oh kind hero, she replied, i am so tired, and i need a shower,
so let it wait no longer he replied and took her to a river stream,
and as she showered he fell asleep and had a really weird dream...

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
