This guitar is my dream guitar... through it I have written many of my best songs... Parting with it brings nothing but sadness... like I am losing part of myself. [bodytext] => I sold my soul tonight
It held my deepest songs
Of love, pain, sorrow, and hope
Songs only my soul would know

It's precious body was perfect
Every chord that rang, unforgettable
My heart throbbed with emotion
With every note that touched my ear

I sold my soul tonight
To the man down the street
Perhaps its music will bring him joy
But it's song will always belong to me. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 241 [topic] => 48 [informant] => adreana [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

Aw, it's hard giving up something so dear and precious like that. I'm sorry for your hardships, but it has to balance out one day. Maybe you'll be able to get your soul back agian. -Great write!

Happier Dayz,

Awww, what a shame that you had to sell your guitar. I'm sure you will not forget what it meant to you. Nice poem dedicated to your guitar.
Emma.

OH,dear, so sorry
I understand your pain
I so much wish you could get it back!!!
that is all I can say....:-(
Maybe the guitar will gently weep?
and the man will understand,?
I wish the guitar was brought
back to you... aika
