[bodytext] => I guess to me poetry’s like a journey into another’s life, To share with other’s their troubles and strife. To let other’s know they feel some of your pain, That your are not alone in the rain. For every walk of life is hit by emotions of all kinds, That everyone needs a chance to be heard and unwind. I know not everyone feels the same as me, But I know there are others who see as I see. People who have been there and they’ve done that, They know how I feel and where I am at. I’m apart of the human race as well as thee, That we are in this world together whatever may be. So when we write a line, we are wanting others to know, That we are together in life’s continuous show. Beside them through their troubles, that others suffer along, That the group to which we in the world together belong. We all have the need to express our pain and hurt and such, And others just like you and I have suffered just as much. So if your at the point where you feel alone and blue, Listen to a poem or a song, that’s them reaching out to you. They want you to know they’ve been where you are at now, But you will get through it like they, some way, some how.
