Few words GG but meant so much to me...
and of course to you....indeceiveness can tear you apart. First you're up and then you're down...mood shifts all around! Make up your mind to FACE IT! It's never as bad as we think. Force yourself to get through it! It always looks and feel so much smaller when you're out of the brink!

Short and painful, but I know what you mean by you want to be alone but you don't. A man greatest enemy is himself. His thoughts can destroy him with such ease. Magnificant poem!
