Its not great but its the first thing Ive written,

I'm still alive, Yehaw, Yipee....

I've crawled back from the dead,
Who would've thunk,
I could ever leave my deathbed

I should be happy right??
Life is sweet and light,
Well, I havn't got that kind of might.

One full year,
Hooked up to machines,
Not knowing what day it was,
What's my name??
Dangit!
My memory is worse than Grammas.......

THEY say I was lucky,
If I was I'd be dead,
If I was I would have had a choice.
I say kiss my TUSH,
What's here for me,
What's left to rejoice??

Just be satisfied,
Sit back, enjoy the ride,
I CAN'T, I just want to hide!!

This must be a mistake.
It's not possible,
Please tell me im not awake.

I don't know all of what you've been through, but depression leads to feelings similar to this. I want to welcome you back and I pray that things go well for you.

this is a totally excellent write, you lose a year of your life, you fel like crap, you are still recovering but people expect you to feel lucky, put them in hospital for a year and see how lucky they feel, well written, keep it goin',

luck is in the eye of the beholder....i welcome you back.....i won't pretend to imagine what it was like.....but i know what it's like to feel helpless .....have no control....watch someone you love spend their whole life in and out...may you find the peace you desire....and i look forward to more of your work!!!
