Array ( [sid] => 22579 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Unemployment [time] => 2003-09-01 07:35:00 [hometext] => Unemployment, which sprung up mainly due to the software downtrend also affetced me for a while. the words of saint Thiruvalluvar and also the books that I read gave me a turn-around in this respect. Initially I had taken to small assignments that I could handle in the field of accounts. Service, which does not require one to be more educated or be wealthy also is an occupation by itself. More >> [bodytext] => The Organisation by name, PROJECT UPLIFT, is a key stone in this regard. They provide education for the poor at a subsidised cost. Being funded by a Kuwaiti gentle-man, the organisation provides education, health care clinics, Orphanage homes, and home for elders. They bear the Brand name " LIFE", Landmark International Foundation for Empowerment. I had my role to play in accounts with this organisation. But now I am a volunteer for their social service activities and am working in Coromandel Group as Accounts Manager. Look at the words in the poem to know how could you fill your nest with several options available in case of unemployment.

Had been to college for a while
Now to office may be a mile
Ready to do a business?
Fear not, you can have success

Many are masses become educated
Without employment only get dejected
Industries are there for vocation
Not all entrepreneurs wait to gain education

Arise awake and harness your potence
Trigger not to resemble any impatience
Labour is there even for a farmer
Practise if you have to gather

Job search preceeds an employment
Service prevents everyone`s lament
Work or service be proud to have a chance
Take it, be in India or France

Reason may be remaining a sloth
Gain insight and follow a different path
Time will take to reach heights
A day dawns for every night

A timely piece upon which to read and dwell

Jobs are scarce, the papers say,
You're overqualified to shovel hay,
But were you not there's scads to do
When done with hay, please shovel pooo.
