But she shows no weakeness to her executioners,
She had wanted to die for so long,
But now the lust was overcome by human desperation,
She finds a momentary haven in the eyes of a stranger,
Her thoughts become a deathly dance,
In the shadow of the monastary,
Awakening the distant fantasy of happiness within,
Binding them together in a web;
All that could never seem to be,
Choking on the potential words of a dying w**re,
Her eyes wander and gaze at the blackend skies,
Now tainted red with the blood of innocence,
Crimson rain begins to pour over the spectators,
The flames diminish and the crowd departs,
All but one, his vision clouded by misguided dillusion,
He reaches out to touch her,
A smile engulfs the face of her shattered frame,
Their eyes meet for a moment, but she is already gone.
