In slow motion she falls to the floor
I cannot move my eyes from her white face
Her empty eyes, where she lingers no more
Memories coming back of my life with her
Remembering all the times she cried
I remember how much I yelled and fought with her
How it’s so wrong, so unfair, how she died.
The man standing over her body
Laughing, waiting for the tears to come
Waiting, needing to see us suffer
But I won’t let him have his sick fun
I look up into his wild face
Look straight into his insane eyes
“You’re days are numbered, now,
You’re gonna die”
He laughs until his sides hurt
He closes his eyes and there’s my chance
The knife slowly goes into his stomach
And he breathes his last.
I sit and held my sister’s body
Next to it I lie
My father never got what he wanted
For one tear, I never cried. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 153 [topic] => 48 [informant] => blackfire9786 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )
